Esoteric Series: Public Reception

The first edition of Underworld was published in April of 2022. Within a few weeks, it was no longer findable on Amazon using the normal search and browse techniques for discovery. Only by typing in its exact name would it appear. This was a type of shadow-ban that can also occur on other web services, and I was not too surprised, considering that the contents of both books address certain things that are normally never spoken of, even within occultism. Consequently, these books have become known to people only by word of mouth from those who have encountered me online, or from those who have already read them, and there has been literally no visible public reception at all, outside of the Amazon website listing itself.

However, there has been another kind of reception – I’ll call it the Meta-Public Reception. The meta-public consists of entities that are in a position that the general public normally cannot percieve, and which often has a greater or lesser influence over them. For example, meta-public would include internet algorithms, policy and censorship authors and their human and AI admins and moderators, individuals with direct influence over media and publications, and finally, government, law-enforcement, and intelligence agencies. At this time, the meta-public opinion is unfortunately in control of public opinion, so it is sometimes more important to know where you stand with the former than the latter.

Social media accounts where these books are mentioned have also been shadow-banned, and in some cases, I have not been permitted to even post anything, as in the case with Twitter/X, where I was informed upon my first login after account creation, that the account had been immediately suspended for violating the rules. I suppose this was the world’s fastest period of ‘careful review’?

Nothing was said regarding what rule or rules were broken, and all attempts to appeal the decision were rejected. The same scenario has occurred elsewhere, and this is made possible by AWS AI services, which actively scrape the interent for categorical data on individuals (among other things). Although it is relatively still invisible to the average user, the internet at large already has a well-developed and working social credit system.

What I’ve concluded after all this, is that the Esoteric Series has had a more bizarre public reception than I ever could have imagined. By this strange turn of meta-public events, it has been made into a modern equivalent of H.P. Lovecraft’s Necronomicon. It is kept completely out of public view. Exceedingly few people will ever learn it exists, and even fewer will gain access to it. That should tell you something about the explosive nature of what is in these books, and I wasn’t even talking shop; I made sure not to include any actual instruction or details of occultism as they are tought and practiced. Real esoteric knowledge remains entirely secret even today, despite the presence of the internet, where you can find countless occult books and documents and still end up at the end of the day, lost and confused.

We shall see as the future unfolds, and whether this meta-reception has done more harm than good, but I suspect it will be interesting regardless. If you’ve read either of my books, I thank you kindly for your attention. If you have not, I invite you to check them out, but keep in mind – these are not text books, but rather a kind of reality-check that might help you get onto a path that could actually bear some fruit.

Happy New Year to you all, and I hope you survive the coming months and years in good health, unmolested, property intact, and of clear mind.
